Shauna Garner

Shauna Garner is an experienced and passionate business leader. As president of Iron 24, she oversees the growth and expansion of the franchise.

After more than a decade in various business development roles, Shauna entered the franchise industry with Code Ninjas—a leading youth STEM franchise. In less than five years, she rapidly moved up the ranks, from center director, to director of support, to vice president, to her current role as president of the entire FranchiCzar organization.

Shauna has built her career by empowering those around her. Her leadership style combines openness and approachability with candor and a drive for operational excellence.

When she’s not building brands, Shauna enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Other pastimes include travel, live music, surfing, and gardening.
